Not only does learning a second language benefits your work and personal life, but It also makes you feel good to be able to communicate to a wider range of people than you did before.
START A BUSINESS VENTURE
You don't have to have tons of money or people to start a new business venture. Creating a new business helps you learn everyday about things you've never known. It puts you on a level that most people have no clue about and embodies a certain work ethic. Once you start on a business venture, you'll likely get into other ventures & maybe even find your calling!
start A HEALTHY HABIT
There's no better way to thank your body for all that it does than to keep it healthy! Something simple as drinking a bottle of water everyday can produce many positive side effect to your body & brain. You wont believe how many people go weeks without water with only drinking sodas and juice. Lately I have been reminding myself to moisturize my skin daily. I wont lie, in the past If I wore pants I would completely avoid moisturizing my legs because they were not being seen, and it would be difficult to keep my skin moisturized during the day when I did apply lotion. Now, every inch of me gets love with Shea Butter and trust my I've noticed a huge difference in my skin.
create AN INSPIRATIONAL ROOM
Having a space that inspires you everyday brings new ideas & trust me your brain will thank you! Our brain loves new environments, color schemes, and sounds!
avoid NEGATIVE PEOPLE
I've learned this towards the end of my high school years. It is one thing that creates a healthy or toxic environment for you. You do not have to befriend people to avoid them. For example, If you have a friends whose always gossiping, to avoid the negativity you can quickly change the topic or if you're assertive enough let your friend know that you're not interested in talking about that person.
TAKE UP A COURSE
School isn't here for us to receive degrees. If you're not too fond of the typical 4 year degree, you can always take several classes that interest you. Sharpening up your writing skills? Take an English class or two! Planning on speaking in front of a large crowd soon? Take a public speaking class! There's so many ways to enhance your personal development by taking a few courses.
HAVE A WEEKLY EXERCISE ROUTINE
Most of us go weeks, months and sometimes years without working out. Our body isn't too happy when we don't remain consistent. Having a daily exercise will keep you in shape and ultimately make you feel amazing! Choose your favorite exercise that you can do almost anywhere & take 30 minutes of your day everyday to do it. For me I love sit-ups & squats, therefore everyday I will do 25 sit ups & 50 squats. Choose what's comfortable for you & your schedule but consistency is key.
START A 30 DAY CHALLENGE
Not only are they fun, but they are fun for Goal Setters! If you're working on fitness, try a 30 Day Fitness Challenge. Have a friend or a group of friends to join the challenge that way you're motivating one another throughout the month. They say it take 21 days to develop a habit & who knows maybe your 30 day challenge will become a lifestyle.
Meditation is good for the soul. It helps you with patience, concentration, intuitive feeling and to connect with things on a spiritual level. Meditation is something that everyone can do, but with time.
Always try to enhance yourself, that is how you become successful. Never become stagnate in a situation for too long, try new things, go to different events,meet new people & you'll see a change in your life instantly!
