As some of you may know I have started weight gain journey. Ever since I gave up meat I lost about 10 pounds! Making me underweight based on my BMI. I have always been very petite yet always at an average weight. Based on my Age and height, average is 104lbs-134lbs. I've always been between 103-110. My biggest being 111. I was 94.0 lbs day 1 of my journey.
My goal is to gain back my 10 pounds lost and another 10 pounds! 20 pounds total!
I've always tried to gain a few pounds or see if I can exceed my normal weight. I tried many methods, from exercising, to doubling calories, to eating 5-6 times a day. Unfortunately my metabolism couldn't slow up enough and it burned the food off fairly quickly.
